What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges will depend on the delivery country and destination as we offer free deliveries for all EU countries. Contact for more details on non EU countries

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We only accept payments through Wire Bank Transfer (TT) or via cryptocurrencies (bitcoins, etherum, litecoin)

How long will delivery take?

We ship out all orders from our partner distribution center in the Netherlands. Shipping within the EU zone takes about 2-5 days depending on your country. Shipping outside the EU zone takes about 7-14 days depending on your country we will only ship the order after confirming the payments. Contact us for more details.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use a variety of physical and specialized measures to keep your own data safe and to forestall unapproved admittance to, use or revelation of it. We control who requires your information (using both physical and electronic means).

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you place your order and select your payment method, you will receive an Invoice for the order and the payment details to make the payments. When we confirm your payments we proceed with packaging and shipping.

Do you offer warranty?
We offer two years full warranty to all private customers. We offer one year full warranty to all business customers. For more detailed info please check our terms and conditions subject 7.
